Allen & Heath Announces New Avantis 96kHz Digital Mixing Console for Touring and Live Events

Allen & Heath has revealed a new stunning new mixing console design. Avantis is the third model to be based on the company's XCVI FPGA engine, allowing 96kHz operation and puts this next-generation technology available across all its 64 channels and 42 configurable busses, with twin Full HD touchscreens, extensive I/O options and processing from the company's flagship dLive mixing system. The new console is also designed with a surprisingly robust all-metal structure inspired by tubular exo skeletons of super-bikes!

Yamaha RIVAGE PM10 New Generation Large Format Digital Mixing Consoles Introduced at InterBEE 2014

Yamaha announced the first of a new generation of large format digital mixing consoles at the InterBEE (International Broadcast Equipment Exhibition) Show in Japan. The new RIVAGE PM10 features a new TWINLANe ring network backbone, able to handle up to 400 audio channels at 96kHz, features the RY16-ML-SILK mic preamplifier with digital modeling of Rupert Neve Designs’ circuits and new effects by TC Electronic and Eventide.

Allen & Heath unveiled its new Qu-32 console at Infocomm 2014 in June, a 32 fader, 38 in / 28 out digital mixer, joining the already existing rackmount Qu-16 and compact Qu-24 models. The new Qu-32 will start shipping in July and places the new Qu Series in a whole new dimension, both as a live and studio mixer.
