This acquisition by the audio over IP solutions company expands the Digigram Group's build-up strategy focused on critical audio applications. OROS high end solutions meet the requirements and expectations of automotive, aerospace, marine energy & process, manufacturing and automation industries. The amount of the transaction has not been disclosed.

Created in 2017 by Gaëtan Byk in coordination with leading French research institutions CNRS and IRCAM, Holophonix has now become its own legal entity with dedicated resources, and is seeking capital with a first round of financing to accelerate the company’s growth and product deployment. Holophonix is now a startup with impressive breakthroughs in hardware and software design and adoption throughout the world.

Evo stands for “evolution,” and the Alpha 50 Evo and Alpha 65 Evo studio monitors were launched in 2021, offering a high performance, robust design, at a competitive price point range. Now, Focal completed the line with new Alpha 80 Evo and Alpha Twin Evo monitors, and added the Sub One subwoofer.
