Audiokinetic, the company behind cross-platform interactive audio software solutions such as Strata for game sound design, and the Wwise audio development suite, unveiled its contribution to the immersive audio environment of the new NEVO E07 electric vehicle from Changan Automobile, one of the four major automotive groups in China. Wwise Automotive was used to provide the unique ride sonification features for the NEVO E07 transformer SUV launched in China.

STMicroelectronics' latest HFA80A automotive-grade analog-input class-D audio amplifier combines high efficiency, small size, and a low bill of materials, with load diagnostics optimized for automotive and native electromagnetic compatibility (EMC). With its feedback-before-filter topology and 2MHz nominal PWM frequency, the ST HFA80A lets designers optimize the output filter for the targeted performance and achieve a compact outline with small component values.
