Following the Italian patent awarded in 2021 to the Outline Newton, an FPGA-based audio processor, the Brescia-based company announced it has now also received a domestic patent for its Warped Finite Impulse Response (WFIR) technology. German pro audio manufacturer CODA Audio is unveiling its own immersive audio processor, completing a system approach to the format in performance events. The Space Hub was designed for low latency processing of up to 128 objects x 128 output channels, using the 3D panning algorithms selectable per object within its Space software.
