Yamaha Delivers Automotive Sound System to Mitsubishi Motors

Yamaha revealed that its automotive sound system has been adopted for use by Mitsubishi Motors and that, as part of its collaboration with the Japanese car manufacturer, Yamaha will also provide high-quality audio products and sound design for vehicles that use its automotive sound systems. As the first of many collaborative efforts to come, the jointly developed "Dynamic Sound Yamaha Premium" sound system will be featured in an all-new compact SUV from Mitsubishi Motors, set to debut in Indonesia.

The tactile experience was added to the Body and Soul Seat (BASS), which delivers audio vibrations allowing front-seat occupants to actually feel the music. According to the companies, this new approach to sound in-vehicle comes complete with wellness benefits, too, setting a new standard in immersive audio.
