New 1/2” Low Frequency Microphone for Infrasound Measurements from PCB Piezotronics

PCB Piezotronics introduced the new 1/2” microphone and preamplifier system, model 378A07, which is able to measure a range of low frequencies extending below the human audible range. The new solution from PCB Piezotronics, aids in low frequency testing, ideal for studies ranging from wind turbines to natural events like tornadoes.

As promised, at the 2015 Prolight+Sound show, in Frankfurt, Beyma introduced its new WR low frequency 10WR300, 12WR400 and 15WR400 drivers for small and medium sized vented cabinets. Beyma also introduced the new 8CX300Fe 8” coaxial driver designed for full range applications and previewed upgraded versions of the 15P1000FeV2, 12P80NdV2 and 8P300Fe/N low frequency transducers.

B&C Speakers has always been known for their wide range of high quality compression drivers. The new DE52 high frequency driver offers excellent value and performance as a small diaphragm, 1.4” exit alternative and is the latest addition to the family, aimed at high performance, value oriented enclosures. The company also recently launched its new MBX Woofer Series which will be presented at the Prolight+Sound 2015 show.

Beyma introduced its WR family, which is composed by three new designed low frequency drivers: 10” (10WR300), 12” (12WR400) and 15” (15WR400). The WR family was designed to replace the existing SM family, to be discontinued in January 2016, and was first introduced at the 2015 NAMM Show.
