In his new role, he will develop and design new products for MISCO’s guitar speaker brand, ToneSpeak and for its OEM and pro-audio customers. Lucas, with more than 25 years of industry experience, has designed hundreds of different models of guitar and bass guitar speakers and cultivated relationships with vendors, amplifier companies and musicians worldwide.

This review looks at an independently patent submitted in 2013 and awarded in 2016 to Jack Nilsson (Canton, OH), describing a system and method for an audio system including a first speaker that reproduces sounds in a first frequency range and a second speaker that reproduces sounds in second frequency range. As James Croft comments, the patent is interesting in its purposeful application of breaking currently established rules and may be useful in certain applications or environments. Monitor Audio Group Previews Concept 50 Cluster Loudspeaker at High End 2022

As part of the company's 50th anniversary celebration, British manufacturer Monitor Audio showcased a new bold loudspeaker development. Presented as a fully-working prototype, the Concept 50 is a three-way configuration loudspeaker with a unique driver arrangement, featuring a new-generation MPD pleated diaphragm tweeter surrounded by an array of six mid-range drivers, suspended on a two-legged cabinet configuration holding four force-cancelling bass drivers. The Concept 50 is scheduled to go into production later in 2022.
