Parrot Introduces Zik 3 Bluetooth Headphones With Better Adaptive Noise Control and USB DAC

French wireless electronics specialist Parrot updated its Philippe Starck- designed Zik wireless headphones, introducing the third generation with new colors, an improved design, wireless charging, hi-fi quality in USB, and smart noise canceling. Strange is the fact that the Zik 3 still relies on Bluetooth 3.0.

With the trend towards multi-room audio at home evolving towards wireless solutions, Sony continues to expand its range with complete systems to address also multichannel entertainment for the living room with its slim, compact HT-RT5 Sound Bar with wireless rear speakers and subwoofer. The new Sony HT-RT5 system combines also support for streaming audio and direct connection of high-resolution audio via HDMI.

A-Audio previewed its original wireless speaker design for the first time at the 2015 International CES. The Prodigy Bluetooth Speaker is able to instantly transform into two separate speakers and features Three-Stage Listening Technology, which allows listeners to choose between Audio, Base Enhancer and SurroundEffect modes so they can select which setting they prefer in each moment.

At the 2015 International Consumer Electronics Show, held in Las Vegas between 6-9 January, Sennheiser launched innovative new headphones including a new generation of Sennheiser’s MOMENTUM line, now expanded with two new wireless versions. A Bluetooth version of the URBANITE XL also debuted at CES, together with a new RS range of digital wireless headphones for home audio and an all new line of sports headphones.
