At the show, Bose Professional also launched the Business Music System Designer (BMSD), a new online interactive design tool to aid audio integrators in specifying the right Bose Professional sound products in commercial audio applications.

At InfoComm 2018, Harman Professional Solutions announced new members of the its successful Crown DriveCore Install DA Series of amplifiers. The newest members of Crown’s flagship line of networked install amplifiers feature support for Dante and AES67 networked audio at lower wattage than existing DA Series amplifiers. The new models also introduce new 300 and 600 watt options, offering the same robustness and capabilities of Crown’s DriveCore Install DA Series at lower wattage.

RME announced new Digiface Dante and Digiface AVB mobile audio interfaces during NAB 2018 (Las Vegas, April 9–12). The German manufacturer expanded the broadcast community’s connectivity options with the Digiface Dante audio interface that enables the transmission of up to 64 Dante channels and 64 MADI channels via a single USB 3.0 connection, while the Digiface AVB enables the transmission of up to 256 network audio channels.
