As a product development leader, Paul Wojciechowski was responsible for multiple award-winning products and managing large, high-performance teams, both onshore and offshore, for professional audio, lighting industry, alternative energy, consumer electronics, HVAC, and other markets.
Prior to joining Russound, he contributed to 4DPD as a consultant/designer for the company, which specializes in bringing product concepts to life. In addition, he served as ELAC Audio and Sonavox / Merry Electronic Solutions’ Director of Product Development from 2015 to this year, managing specified projects, including objectives, performance, cost, quality control, budget, and delivery targets.
Earlier roles include Director of Engineering and Manufacturing, RAB Design Lighting; Director of Engineering, Paradigm Electronics; and Product Development/Product Engineer at Selkirk Canadian Operations, where he focused his talents on the development of HVAC-related home appliances.
