March 30 2023, 05:10
The always busy Global Sources trade shows are poised for a triumphant return to Hong Kong in April, occupying all ten exhibition halls at AsiaWorld-Expo, twice over. Featuring over 4,000 suppliers and more than 8,000 booths with over 300,000 creative products, innovative technologies, and design concept applications, the two-phase exhibition anticipates an attendance of over 60,000 professional buyers from 150 countries and regions worldwide.

Global Sources is an internationally recognized B2B sourcing platform that has been driving global trade for over 50 years. It promotes the traditional international sourcing events twice a year, in April and October each year. After all the challenges caused by the global pandemic, which still affected Asia and China in particular in 2022, this year's events will be the first ones to return to its original scale - maybe larger than ever given the urgency of getting trade back.

Global Sources trade shows will take place from April 11 to 21, 2023 at the AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong. To warmly welcome all visitors with a renewed experience, AsiaWorld-Expo has upgraded its facilities with an investment of HK$600 million. This mammoth project spans more than 70,000 sqm, covering hardware upgrades, technology and network advancements, and smart solutions for sanitization. From hybrid meeting facilities to WiFi-6 and 5G networks, washroom refurbishment, CLeanTech Tunnel and Air Handling Unit installation and escalators with built-in UV light, just to name a few, the renewed facilities will assure exhibitors and visitors alike a safe and comfortable environment.

An influential international B2B sourcing event, the Global Sources shows will focus on in-demand products representing popular concepts such as carbon neutrality, outdoors and travel, and the pet economy, featuring more than 8,000 booths showcasing over 200,000 creative products, innovative technologies, and applications of the latest design concepts. The shows will take place in two phases.
