Fasetto, the latest company to bet on signal distribution over power lines, will exhibit its expanded Audio Cu solutions at CES 2025. Fasetto says it has overcome all obstacles of moving data cleanly over the power lines in all environments, a feat that took many years to achieve. Fasetto is currently offering Audio Cu adapters for home audio, but also for DJ controllers, and an SoC for embedded systems, which can be licensed for integration in TVs and professional audio systems.
"Fasetto looks forward to meeting members of the media, customers and partners at CES 2025, where we’ll demonstrate our revolutionary Audio Cu sound over the power lines solutions for homes, event venues and device manufacturers. CES is a perfect venue for exhibiting and demonstrating the future of audio connectivity," says Coy Christmas, founder and CEO, Fasetto.
Fasetto will exhibit and demonstrate its solutions at CES 2025, including the Audio Cu Home, launched in November 2024, a solution for sound over power lines enabling home audio and home theater systems. The Audio Cu system is a complete AVR alternative that delivers high resolution (Hi-Res) audio in stereo, Dolby Digital, Dolby TrueHD, and Dolby Atmos audio. It provides sound-effect control to up to 10 different channels per system in any configuration 2.0 to 9.1. The solution already received a Dolby Atmos Product Certification and is a CES 2024 Innovation Award honoree for content & entertainment and audio video components & accessories.
The company also offers Audio Cu Connect to expand the channels of an AV receiver (AVR) and create a sound over power lines home audio network. Users who have outdated AVRs such as those that support only Dolby 5.1 can now use Audio Cu Connect to connect 10 additional audio channels and expand to Dolby 7.1, 7.1.4, and 11.4 channel configurations. Audio Cu Connect also can create additional audio zones for multiroom home audio.
Because Audio Cu devices are immune to both structural and radio frequency (RF) interferences, and not restricted by the distances that Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and WISA/WISA-e speakers have, Fasetto is also expanding the Audio Cu systems to other application fields. Audio Cu Venue is a dedicated solution for DJ controllers and mixer boards that distributes the audio signals and content data to every speaker and subwoofer at unlimited distance in any system configuration, event venue or establishment containing power. Audio Cu Venue utilizes the XLR, RCA, or 1/4" TRS jack inputs from a DJ controller or mixer board to decode the sound on the fly and flawlessly match the source material to as many channels as the venue requires. The Venue system eliminates trenching and running hundreds of feet of XLR cable for an event.
The available Audio Cu SoC is also ready to be integrated into devices such as TVs, DJ controllers, mixer boards, speakers and subwoofers, bringing all the possibilities to more brands and manufacturers licensing the technology. "The Audio Cu sound over the power lines solutions completely change the way audio is distributed in multiple business sectors. The Audio Cu solutions also greatly reduce copper needs within any audio system and reduce carbon footprint by decreasing manufacturing pollution, material waste and logistic and labor related pollution. The Audio Cu solutions also save integrators’ and consumers’ time, money and labor," the company states.
Fasetto was founded in 2013 and is based in Scottsdale, Arizona, with an office in Tustin, California. The company has developed a broad portfolio of intellectual property containing over 200 worldwide patents. During CES 2025, Fasetto will exhibit at Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), Central Hall, booth 17213.
