Haniwa Audio to Debut Time-Aligned Subwoofer System at the New York Audio Show

Haniwa Audio will be unveiling its latest full range speaker system, including what the Japanese company calls a time-aligned stereo "super subwoofer" extension, for the first time at the New York Audio Show (9-10 September). The company is famous for its single driver Haniwa HSP01 speakers and integrated amplifier/DSP, which together ensure simultaneous phase and frequency control to deliver "the world’s most accurate music reproduction system." The addition of the new "super subwoofers" now extends the system's response.

Apple announced its highly anticipated update to its best-selling AirPods Pro true wireless earbuds. We don't know which model Apple sells the most, if the updated "loose-fit" standard AirPods, or the in-ear and more expensive noise cancelling AirPods Pro. The AirPods third-generation were launched in October 2021. Nearly a year after that, the flagship AirPods Pro were announced, delivering 2x better Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), longer battery life, better drivers and a new improved charging case.

RME Audio already offers audio networking interfaces, initially supporting AVB, and later embracing Dante due to popular demand. Now, RME and DirectOut have joined forces to present the new Digiface Ravenna. The mobile audio interface is based on the proven Digiface Dante, but features a Ravenna module developed by DirectOut and allows the transmission of a total of 128 audio channels coming, with a MADI option via a single USB 3.0 connection.
