Cirrus Logic Redefines Timing for Automotive Audio and Pro Audio Systems

Cirrus Logic announced the launch of its new range of timing products, designed to deliver superior audio experiences in automotive and professional audio applications. The launch of this new product line is aimed at providing manufacturers with a smooth transition from their previous high-performance timing devices, enhancing functionality and elevating the overall user experience. The next-generation timing devices, CS2500, CS2501, and CS2600 offer a seamless upgrade path for all existing designs.

Cinnafilm is a company focused on offering image processing services for media companies and previously also offered audio processing based on its RadiantGrid platform, acquired in 2017 from Wohler Technologies. Now the company is working in collaboration with Skywalker Sound, a division of Lucasfilm and one of the largest, full-service audio post-production companies, to introduce new audio toolsets in 2020, as part of its PixelStrings pay-as-you-go Platform as a Service (PaaS).
