AVPro Global Holdings LLC, the company that currently combines AVPro Edge, AudioControl Pro, Bullet Train, ThenAudio, and Murideo, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI), a recognized leader in intelligent home and business control and automation solutions. One of the last independent control and automation manufacturers present in both the commercial and residential installation markets, RTI is headquartered in Shakopee, MN, not too far from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where AVPro is based.

Ascendo Immersive Audio Debuts Director LED Wall Loudspeaker System at CEDIA Expo 2024

Ascendo Immersive Audio developed a new direct-radiating in-ceiling speaker system, intended to solve the dilemma of home cinemas with LED walls and non-acoustically transparent screens. The ingenious design combines an AMT driver with an asymmetrical waveguide that can be placed directly above the screen.
