NUGEN Audio announced the launch of MasterCheck Pro, a new loudness, dynamics, and codec toolset for music professionals. MasterCheck Pro enables producers to hear and visualize the playout encoding and loudness matching techniques now in use by music streaming service providers such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and Digital Radio. The new plug-in follows the recent introduction of the ISL 2 true-peak limiter, offering the essential true-peak compliance producers need to prepare audio for streaming services.

Following the US market introduction at the 2015 NAB Show, Linear Acoustic is planning the European debut of its MT2000 Multichannel Bitstream Analyzer at IBC 2015. Featuring a full suite of test capabilities in a handheld form factor, the MT2000 allows engineers to analyze and troubleshoot digital audio paths quickly, anywhere inside or outside a facility.

German loudness control and broadcast audio processing specialist Jünger Audio introduced a new intelligent monitoring loudness processor for the new MPEG-H TV audio system. The new solution developed in cooperation with Fraunhofer IIS was introduced as part of an ATSC 3.0 audio demonstration event.

Nugen Audio announced that its Loudness Management Batch (LMB) Processor has received certification by the Advanced Media Workflow Association (AMWA) as an AS-11 DPP-compliant product. Nugen’s LMB Processor demonstrated compliance with the new standard for MXF contribution of loudness-compliant audio.
