Silex Insight, a supplier of video IP codec and custom OEM solutions for AV applications, announced that it has signed an agreement to divest its video business to Audinate Group Limited, based in Australia. AIMS to Unveil IPMX Standards and Specifications for AV-Over-IP at ISE 2020

At ISE 2020 in Amsterdam, the Alliance for IP Media Solutions (AIMS) ProAV Working Group will introduce Internet Protocol Media Experience (IPMX), a set of open standards and specifications designed to enable carriage of compressed and uncompressed video, audio, and data over IP networks. IPMX addresses the ProAV industry's need for a single set of common, ubiquitous standards-based protocols that ensure interoperability for AV-over-IP. The AIMS stand (15-B250) will feature information and technical sessions covering every aspect of IPMX.
