New JLab Epic Lab Edition True Wireless Earbuds Deliver Premium Sound with Help from Knowles

JLab has selected Knowles' RAN balanced armature (BA) drivers to deliver premium sound reproduction on the new Epic Lab Edition true wireless earbuds. The Epic Lab Edition are the first True Wireless Stereo (TWS) earbuds to feature the Knowles Preferred Listening Response Curve, powered by the hybrid combination of a dynamic driver for the extended bass response and the Knowles balanced armature for the extended high frequencies.

Off-season, Sony Electronics jumped to the lead, and announced the WF-1000XM5 earbuds – the latest truly wireless model in its best-selling 1000X series. According to Sony's own internal research, using JEITA-compliant measurement guidelines, the new design offers the "Best Noise Canceling" by reducing external noise over a wide bandwidth, so users can focus on the music. The new firmware update loads to the Qualcomm platform via the Smart Control App (iOS, Android) also introduces a high-resolution sound mode for convenience and quality.

The new 1MORE SonoFlow ANC headphones enter a competitive market segment with a product positioned at the top of the scale but at an entry-level price. Not only the SonoFlow headphones feature hybrid active noise cancellation, they also support LDAC for High-Resolution Wireless Audio over Bluetooth 5 to match the fast-response of the ultra-low mass carbon-coated 40mm diaphragms. Plus, the SonoFlow last for 70-hours and offer the ability to fast charge the headphones in 5-minutes to gain 5-hours of continuous playback via USB-C.

As it happens every year with the companies that attempt to follow Apple's model of promoting a large impact event to announce new products, Samsung just promoted something similar to unveil its new Galaxy foldable smartphones, and used the opportunity to also unveil the new Galaxy true wireless earbuds with all the latest features. The new Galaxy Buds2 Pro are Bluetooth 5.3 earbuds with multipoint connectivity, featuring new 2-way coaxial drivers and also introduce a new Samsung codec for 24-bit Hi-Res Audio streaming.
