Cine Gear Expo LA'23 Overwhelming Success with Sunny Skies and Record Attendance

The Hollywood production community proved once again that there is "no place like home" and for Cine Gear Expo '23, that meant the now-familiar stages and streets of Paramount Studios Lot. With their biggest slate ever of informative and entertaining panels, technology, films, demonstrations, exhibits, activities, and parties, there was no shortage of entertainment for the thousands of guests. Even the sun decided to join in the festivities with the first blue skies in weeks.

Spirits are up in anticipation of the industry's number one opportunity to learn, see, share, and mingle with friends, mentors, and colleagues when Cine Gear Expo returns to Hollywood after 4 years. Back at The Studios at Paramount, this is the event for the technical community to get together discussing movies, gear and methods - sound and image. Cine Gear Expo takes place June 1-3, 2023.

Follow the very successful show at the Los Angeles Convention Center, CineGear Expo announced the LA'22 Technical Achievement Award recipients. CineGear’s team of expert judges, representing multiple industry disciplines, examined each product submitted at the June CineGear Expo in Los Angeles. After weeks of extensive deliberation, they have selected worthy new motion picture gear in 12 product categories.

Cine Gear Expo is coming back, full power with its hallmark exhibits, film competition, seminars, screenings, and world class hobnobbing. It's the place to reconnect with colleagues, friends and collaborators in the casual LA Cine Gear style, now held at the Los Angeles Convention Center, June 9-12, 2022. Cine Gear Expo is the main technical event for the film and media creation and production communities.

Cine Gear Expo returns in 2021 with an event scheduled for the end of September. This is the premier annual event for professionals engaged in the film and entertainment technology industry, which obviously includes image, lighting and sound. Until recently an event taking place at the Universal lot or Paramount Studios, the 2021 edition is scheduled to be held September 23-25 at the Los Angeles Convention Center. A great location!
