Cine Gear Expo Los Angeles 2021 is where the who’s who of motion pictures and entertainment will meet. Yes, its not the same environment as the Universal lot, or the Paramount Studios in Hollywood, where Cine Gear Expo was born and created a reputation for its unique environment and great networking opportunities. With its origins directly in LA and California, Cine Gear Expo became the main technical event for the film and media creation and production communities, including all the top technology vendors and many highly specialized manufacturers.
The pandemic hit the Cine Gear Expo very hard, as content production was also forced to halt its activities in 2020. Dedicated exhibitions spaces were also forced to close - many have been adapted as medical emergency facilities, and more recently vaccination centers. As vaccination is gradually allowing people to get together again, this helps explain how Cine Gear Expo managed to book the modern, comfortable and very conveniently located, Los Angeles Convention Center.
Expanding on the event's evolution in previous editions, Cine Gear 2021 will feature 300 exhibits, new product and service introductions, 30+ complimentary seminars led by industry leaders, master classes, film competition, awards ceremony, special screenings in state of the art theaters, and ample opportunity to network with peers.
Attendee Registration is open and is free until September 18. All attendees must complete the Cine Gear Badge online registration process. The Film Series Competition Screenings and Technical Awards will happen September 23, while the exhibits, Premier Seminars, Exclusive Screenings, Awards Presentations, Special Events, and Master Classes happen September 24-25, Friday and Saturday. Updates to the exhibitor list, event map, schedule, presentation topics, speakers, and screening engagements will be posted to the website regularly.
