NAD Electronics announced the launch of the T 758 V3i, a performance update to the T 758 A/V Surround Sound Receiver. The affordable surround sound receiver will now come ready with Dolby Atmos, DTS Master Audio, BluOS high-res multi-room audio, Dirac Live, 4K UHD Video and Apple AirPlay 2 all built-in. The T 758 V3i ($1,499 U.S. MSRP) begins shipping in August 2020. Sonos and Lenbrook Industries reached a settlement in Sonos’ patent infringement lawsuit against Lenbrook regarding the Bluesound wireless audio systems. Undisclosed terms include a multi-year licensing deal associated with all BluOS enabled solutions worldwide. This announcement comes after a patent infringement deal was also settled with Sound United regarding the Denon HEOS solutions. Sonos continues to fight in court against Google to protect its wireless audio patents.
