Origin Acoustics Displays Expanded Scope at CEDIA 2022

During CEDIA 2022 (September 29 to October 1) in Dallas, TX, Origin Acoustics was one of the busiest exhibitors. Following the acquisition of Ambisonic Systems, Origin Acoustics now introduced an expanded range of loudspeakers, including architectural and landscape solutions with pro audio level specifications. It also relaunched renowned subwoofer brand Velodyne Acoustics, and expanded its partnership with Bang & Olufsen, among many other announcements.

During the CEDIA 2019 show, Origin Acoustics, the U.S. distributor for Artnovion, introduced new products from the acoustic treatment company, targeting both commercial, retail and residential environments. The two companies demonstrated new evolutions for the home and pro audio markets with its new Siena Panelling, Lyra 16.32 Panelling, Altay Absorber and Tejo Absorber. All new panels have a simple discreet installation system that allows for quick mounting and easy maintenance.

Artnovion Announces Availability of New Eiger Sub Trap and Wall Absorber Panels

In August 2018, audioXpress published an article documenting the cutting-edge research by leading acoustic experts, Jorge Castro, Nathaniel Bailey, Bruno Fazenda, and Kelvin Griffiths to determine improvements on precise low-frequency absorption. The tests, performed at Electroacoustic Design, in Porthcawl, South Wales, UK, determined a method to predict finite element analysis of the performance of weighted diaphragmatic membrane absorbers, the predominant acoustic core now employed in Artnovion's latest Eiger Sub Trap range of acoustic panels.
