Powersoft returned to Messe Frankfurt in force for Prolight+Sound 2019 with a full suite of industry audio solutions, including the brand new X4L, a 4 channel amplifier specifically designed for peak voltages and to feed the most power hungry arrays and subwoofers. On the OEM components range, Powersoft introduced the LOTO DSP 1-2 in / 4 out Advanced DSP board; the DSP-Lite ETH 1-2 in / 3 out DSP interface for LiteMod, MiniMod and DigiMod amp modules; and an update for its Snapshot Selector mobile app.

Leading OEM amplifier module provider for the global pro audio industry, Pascal A/S from Copenhagen, Denmark, has announced a buyout of its minority shareholder Camco, by its Danish founding team. The buyout has been executed through a joint holding company, which is now sole owner of the company. The buyout follows the acquisition of Camco by L-Group, the holding company for L-Acoustics.

Powersoft has announced key appointments in its sales force. Stefano Previtali is now Regional Account Manager, EMEA, with responsibility for Touring and Install, while Fabio Lanini is new Sales Account Multimedia Solutions, responsible for the DEVA product line. They join forces with Massimo Minardi, who arrived at the company a year ago as Sales Manager, OEM and M Systems.

Danish OEM manufacturer of high-power amplifier modules for the professional audio industry Pascal has announced availability of its new S-PRO series of amplifier extension modules S-A2 (2 x 500 W) and S-A1 (1 x 500 W), which function as additional amplifier output channels for the S-PRO2 amplifier module.

Danish company ICEpower launched new amplifiers modules, expanding its class D offering options to the OEM market. The company expanded its ASC Series and introduced a new ultra-compact 16-channel amplifier with 80W per channel in a 1U enclosure.
