L-Acoustics Launches Ultra-compact Kiva II Line Array

L-Acoustics announced the launch of the Kiva II, its most recent ultra-compact modular line source, adding 6dB of max SPL versus its predecessor, maximized amplifier density with 16 ohm impedance and a new rugged enclosure material. First showing of this high quality sound reinforcement solution will take place during Infocomm 2016, June 8-10, in Las Vegas, NV.

During Prolight+Sound 2016, L-Acoustics announced its new KS28 reference subwoofer, exclusively driven by the new LA12X amplified controller. The L-Acoustics KS28 takes sub performance to new lows, offering extended bandwidth down to 25 Hz, outstanding low frequency resolution, exceptional SPL - adding 3dB of SPL in comparison to the existing SB28 subwoofer - and tight impact.

French sound reinforcement and line source array pioneer L-Acoustics announced a significant expansion of its production capabilities in direct response to growing global market demand. During the 2015 Prolight+Sound show in Frankfurt, L-Acoustics announced the launch of its X Series, a new line of coaxial speakers for the installation and rental markets.

The AVnu Alliance announced that leading pro-audio manufacturer L-Acoustics has joined the industry consortium. L-Acoustics’ product line and extensive experience will now contribute to AVnu Alliance’s efforts to promote and certify the developing Audio Video Bridging/Time Sensitive Networking (AVB/TSN) standards.

The new line source with horizontal steering from French company L-Acoustics, makes its official North American debut at InfoComm 2014 in Las Vegas. K2 employs L-Acoustics’ new PANFLEX horizontal steering technology that combines mechanically adjustable fins with DSP algorithms effective from 300 Hz.
