Campfire Audio Announces Orbit True Wireless Earbuds

The audible advantages of high-quality in-earphones with the best available drivers, cables and connectors have generated a sizable enthusiast market that continues to thrive, even while consumer electronics moved rapidly towards wireless. Campfire Audio is a renown designer and brand in the in-ear space and has now decided to go true wireless with the Orbit, a truly different design that makes fun of mainstream references.

Campfire Audio, the boutique earphone and IEM designers from Portland, Oregon, announced a new over-the-top design at the 2022 High End show in Munich. In their ever-evolving line of handcrafted listening devices, the new Trifecta IEMs get the name from being powered by a trio of 10mm ADLC dynamic drivers, housed within a clear nylon structure detailed with gold plating. A luxurious personal audio product, with acoustically tuned chambers that ensure a lush listening experience.

Knowles Corporation announced its new dual-diaphragm balanced armature (BA), a patented design that the manufacturer believes to be a revolutionary advancement in the world of BA technology. The first product to benefit from this advancement is a new in-ear monitor (IEM) intended for the high end audio market, jointly-promoted by Astell&Kern and Campfire Audio. The new Pathfinder IEM earphone is one of many new products in this segment launched at the High End Munich show by Campfire Audio.

Campfire Audio announced Supermoon, the newest entry in their innovative line of custom-fit in-ear monitors for musicians, audio professionals, and discerning music lovers. This new model in Campfire’s extensive IEM catalog features a new 14mm full-range planar magnetic driver with a 2 micron thin diaphragm, in a hand polished 3D printed solid-body with stainless steel cap and custom beryllium / copper MMCX connections.

Campfire Audio, the Portland, Oregon-based audio brand that started by selling upgraded cables for in-ears, later evolved into sophisticated IEMs and has been very highly regarded in music enthusiast circles ever since, is now launching its first set of IEMs directly targeted at performers, music creators, engineers and home studio professionals. CanJam NYC 2017 took place on February 4-5, 2017, in the fabulous Broadway Ballroom at the New York Marriott Marquis, right in the heart of Times Square.
