Marshall Headphones Announces Long-Lasting Wireless Active Noise Cancelling Model

March 29 2018, 01:50
Mid A.N.C. is the first active noise cancelling headphone introduced by Marshall Headphones. In addition to its noise cancelling feature, Mid A.N.C. also comes with Bluetooth aptX technology, and delivers superior wireless audio while dampening the sound in the surroundings, letting users enjoy what matters most – the music. The new Mid A.N.C. offers up to 20 hours of wireless playtime when active noise cancelling is engaged, or 30+ hours of wireless playtime without A.N.C.

If there's a brand license worth every dollar, Marshall takes the top position in value, consumer perception and plain "cool-factor". Add to this a very well-packaged design that's faithful  to the brand's core-values and it becomes easy to understand why the idea of Marshall Headphones was so successful. Of course, consumers don't buy only for the brand and they demand features as well. Active Noise Cancelling is becoming almost a requirement for any headphone model that's used in public and in particular in noisy environments such as public transport.

Mid A.N.C. is an active noise cancelling headphone that utilizes four microphones to continuously measure and pinpoint ambient noise to block out the things you do not want to hear. Its custom 40mm dynamic drivers lend a robust sound that balances clarity with just the right amount of bass – perfect for those who demand the best in audio.

But the main selling factor is the performance with ANC engaged, compared to other available wireless models. Mid A.N.C. offers up to 20 hours of wireless playtime when active noise cancelling and Bluetooth are engaged. Active noise cancelling can be turned off to prolong the life of the battery, extending wireless playtime to 30+ hours.

This is particularly important since the new new Marshall Headphone model is an on-ear design, which normally doesn't offer the passive isolation of circumaural headphones, which in turn are not as favored by consumers for use in public and portable applications, since they are larger in size. 3D metal hinges rotate freely and adapt to the user's head for an ergonomic fit. Also, the Mid A.N.C. plush headband is wrapped in soft microfiber, while a brass-plated Marshall logo and black anodized metal detail give it an iconic look. Mid A.N.C. comes with a guitar inspired travel case that features a rich velvet red lining and a durable vinyl shell that is collapsible when not in use.

The headphone features a control button for music playback and taking/rejecting calls, allows users to share music with other headphones via an interconnect cable, and ships with a detachable 3.5 Mm cord for wired mode, and Micro USB charging cable.

Mid A.N.C. is available for purchase for $269 at Marshall retailers around the world and online at marshallheadphones.com
