Absolute Audio Labs (AAL) has launched the 3rd generation of its PYOUR Audio hearing enhancement platform, as the company also unveils a collaboration with semiconductor manufacturer Renesas Electronics. AAL is committed to make its enhancement software suite available on generic Bluetooth audio chipsets that deliver best in class music performance, including Renesas' latest family of connectivity products, enabling new more affordable form-factors.
PYOUR Audio is an advanced hearing enhancement software suite that can run on generic Bluetooth chipsets, providing improved audio, speech intelligibility, and wireless connectivity for over-the-counter (OTC) hearing aids and TWS earbuds. Absolute Audio Labs (AAL) is now promoting its latest PYOUR Audio 3.0 processing suite to compete with leading products in the market that run on classic HA chipsets.
According to the Dutch company, PYOUR Audio 3.0 allows designing receiver-in-canal (RIC) hearing aids that can be almost 25% smaller than before, in line with conventional premium RICs and with strongly improved battery life. The software suite also offers a brand new fitting engine for music, further enhancing music quality reproduction for (RIC) hearing aids. The updated software introduces performance improvements to AAL's proprietary and patented core algorithms, including advanced noise suppression, its unique iWDRC (Instant Wide Dynamic Range Compression) and its AI based feedback management system.
As a hearing enhancement suite supported on a variety of platforms, AAL's collaboration with Renesas is intended to expand the possibilities of assistive hearing in a broader range of new products, including OTC hearing aids, TWS earbuds and even unified communication headsets, where it can enhance hearing in noisy environments.
Absolute Audio Labs will attend CES 2024 as part of the Netherlands Scaleup and Startup pavilion at Eureka Park, in the Venetian Expo, booth #62100.
