The SE2595L is an 802.11 a/b/g/n dual band front-end module (FEM) providing all of the power amplifiers (PA), low noise amplifiers, power detector, transmit/receive switch, diplexer, harmonic filters and associated matching functionality.
The SE2620T is a complete, 802.11 b/g/n, 2.4 GHz, WLAN/BT, RF PA FEM with an integrated Bluetooth port.
The SKY13351-378LF is a pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor, gallium arsenide, field effect transistor, integrated circuit switch.
