Poly Introduces Speakerphones To Bring Professional-Quality Audio to Home Offices

Poly (the company that resulted from the merger of Plantronics with Polycom) unveiled its Poly Sync Family, a new line of smart, USB and Bluetooth speakerphones. These new Poly are touted as smart because, among other things they use proprietary microphone technology to track the talker, not the noise. Appropriately, the new speaker line was announced during the Zoomtopia 2020 online event (focused on everything Zoom (the web conference company, not the Japanese audio brand), where the devices also were confirmed to be "Zoom Certified."

Bose Professional has announced that their much anticipated Noise Cancelling Headphones 700 UC are now shipping in the U.S. and Latin America, and will also be available in Asia and Europe in September and October 2020 respectively.
