Tektronix Enhances 5 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope

Tektronix announced the launch of its newest version of the acclaimed 5 Series mixed-signal oscilloscope (MSO). With numerous enhancements, including added support for power integrity testing and for debug and validation, the 5 Series MSO delivers even more versatility while continuing to provide high-fidelity waveforms, unique spectrum analysis capabilities and flexible signal access appreciated by engineers around the world.

Pico Technology announced a further development of its PicoScope 6000E Series mixed-signal oscilloscopes (MSOs) with the launch of four new 4-channel models, each of which can be configured with 16 optional digital channels. With bandwidths of 750 MHz or 1 GHz, 8-bit or 8/10/12-bit Flexible Resolution and up to 4 GS deep capture memory, these products enhance the existing PicoScope 6000E portfolio, adding to the 350 MHz and 500 MHz models that were introduced in 2020.

Adapting its solutions to the needs of users during the pandemic, Tektronix launched a new feature to its TekScope waveform analysis PC software, allowing remote users to view and analyze data from up to 32 channels from multiple scopes at the same time, in the same interface, accelerating analysis efficiency. And Tektronix announced a new initiative for university engineering education, offering easy-to-use equipment and complementary software for educators, students and research labs.

With bandwidths of 300 or 500 MHz, 8-bit or 8/10/12-bit Flexible Resolution and up to 4 GS deep capture memory, these products enhance the existing PicoScope 6000E portfolio, adding to the 8-channel models that were introduced earlier in the year.
