Jonathan Novick Joins Avermetrics To Support Company's Expansion

Avermetrics, an innovator in electronic production test systems, announced the hiring of Jonathan Novick as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Novick is now responsible for product launches and the worldwide sales and distribution of Avermetrics products. The appointment comes at a strategic moment when the company is preparing to expand its test and measurement portfolio with new solutions, soon to be unveiled.

Audio Precision announced the availability of version 4.2 of their APx500 audio test software, as well as a new PDM module with advanced capabilities. AP’s latest software release delivers a series of new features focused on electro-acoustic and production test environments. The new software and Advanced PDM Module will be shown at the 139th AES Convention in New York.

The new Wireless Test System (WTS) from National Instruments is driving down the cost in wireless production test. The WTS couples NI’s PXI vector signal transceiver (VST) and multicore processing technologies to deliver industry-leading test speeds. With faster measurements, the solution is optimizing manufacturing costs for testing wireless devices, such as mobile devices and infotainment systems, from major brands.
