Audient Announces ORIA Immersive Audio Interface & Monitor Controller

Audient introduced ORIA, an all in one USB-C audio interface and monitor controller designed specifically for multi-speaker arrays ranging from stereo to 9.1.6 setups – and everything in between. ORIA was designed with immersive audio in mind and to support mixing for formats such as Dolby Atmos. It features built-in Sonarworks Reference DSP for room and speaker calibration, allowing a perfect monitoring environment for music, film, TV and even game production. Designed with a dual purpose, it can also effortlessly integrate an existing studio setup as a standalone monitor controller via its ADAT Inputs.

NEXO released a new version of its NeMo system management software, making it available for the first time on the macOS platform and introducing premium features and functionality for operational control of NEXO systems. The software allows remote control and monitoring of amplifiers over a wireless network. It also makes it easier to exploit advanced sensing functions in the PNEXO NXAMP controller-amplifiers which help protect loudspeaker cabinets.

Harman’s Crown Audio announced it has added new models to the DriveCore Install (DCi) Network Series amplifier lineup with the introduction of its DCi 4|2400N, DCi 2|2400N and DCi 2|1250N power amplifiers. The new amplifiers incorporate Harman’s exclusive DriveCore technology to deliver high power output from a compact, energy-efficient form factor and offer extensive networked system control capabilities.
