WiiM Launches Installation Products and Adds Soundtrack Commercial Music Streaming

Following the announcement a year ago that WiiM was partnering with Origin Acoustics to bring to market a dedicated range of installation-oriented solutions, at CEDIA Expo 2024 the Linkplay brand now delivered with actual products. Completely new is the WiiM CI MOD S streamer DAC and the WiiM CI MOD A80, a streaming amplifier model. WiiM also confirmed that they’ve partnered with Soundtrack Your Brand to add a streaming service for commercial use to all its devices.

NAD Electronics announced the NAD M10 V3 BluOS Streaming Amplifier with improved performance, a moving-magnet phono input, and Dirac Live Bass Control Ready. Beautifully designed with a full-color touchscreen display and brushed aluminum chassis, the new M10 V3 features 100 watts per channel of nCore amplification and now offers an updated ESS Sabre ES9039 DAC. NAD will preview the new M10 V3 at CEDIA Expo 2024 in Denver, Colorado.

Bluesound announced the Powernode Edge to expand its hi-res wireless multiroom line of audio products. The new single-zone, wireless music streaming amplifier is a perfect entry point into “just add speakers” hifi systems for the modern age, combining streaming sources, control, and amplification all in one affordable device. Shipping starts in early October 2022 with suggested pricing for each unit at USD $649.

NAD Electronics continues its expansion in the “just add speakers” category with the introduction of the C 700 BluOS Streaming Amplifier. As it did with the C 399 integrated amplifier, this new compact and modern solution renews the company's Classic Series with a powerful HybridDigital UcD amplification, 80-watts per channel and integral BluOS app interface. The C 700 suggested retail price is $1499 USD / €1499 EUR and will ship globally in late October 2021.
