AudioSourceRE Updates DeMIX Pro with New Speech Separation Model

AudioSourceRE, the company behind the most powerful AI-powered, high-quality audio separation technology currently available, is once again redefining what's possible with the release of DeMIX Pro v6.1. Expanding from musical applications, the update introduces a powerful new Speech Separation module, alongside enhanced residual track processing, delivering new possibilities for music, broadcasting, and film production.

AudioSourceRE, the company that has demonstrated what is possible in high-quality AI-powered audio separation technology, has announced a new level of processing accuracy and quality of results with the launch of DeMIX Pro v6. The standalone software is AudioSourceRE's main product for studio work using AI algorithms to isolate vocals and any other instruments from existing mixes. The updated version now improves quality of results, allowing playback while it is still processing with GPU and Apple Silicon hardware acceleration.

GreenWaves Technologies will be at CES 2024 with an interesting showcase of AI for audio applications. The company's GAP9 advanced AI processor is in volume production, and GreenWaves will be able to show several solutions that are enabling market leading hearable products. Demonstrations include audio advanced source separation models, and active noise cancellation with neural network based acoustic scene detection, as well as immersive 3D sound.

Originally presented at the Audio Engineering Society (AES) New York convention in 2018, the release of the DeMIX Pro software established a strong new contender in the field of audio separation.
