iZotope Unveils RX 6 Audio Repair and Enhancement Software

iZotope unveiled the latest version of its award-winning audio repair and enhancement software, RX 6. This update includes new features and workflows that meet the needs of both musicians and post production professionals. In RX 6, new features and workflows allow users to easily edit, repair and restore musical performances, while post production professionals can find new solutions to some of the once unsolvable issues in post production today.

iZotope, makers of award-winning tools for audio production, announced two new developments that support the creative community’s pursuit of better-sounding audio. The new RX Plug-in Pack from the Cambridge, MA, company delivers everything needed to get started with audio repair, while the new RX Audio Cookbook, a free online resource, brings great-sounding audio within reach.

iZotope promises to take audio repair to the next level with the announcement of RX 5 Audio Editor. The new application was demonstrated for the first time at the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC) 2015 in Amsterdam, together with the new iZotope RX Post Production Suite which includes audio repair, mixing enhancement, and final delivery solutions.

iZotope introduced its new audio repair and enhancement suite, RX 4 at the IBC 2014 show in Amsterdam. RX 4 update’s introduces significant new features like non-destructive Clip Gain and RX Connect, while Dialogue Denoiser is now a standard feature. RX 4 Advanced adds a new Leveler, Ambience Match, EQ Match and Loudness processing.

iZotope confirmed the next generation of its audio repair software suite, RX 4 and RX 4 Advanced will be available in September 2014. One year and a half since the RX 3 suites were launched, iZotope announces new intelligent modules and time-saving features, as well as deeper levels of integration with current CPU, operating systems and DAW hosts.
