New Shallow Subwoofers from Wavecor: Discussing High-End and Custom Development

During the High End show in Munich I caught up once again with Wavecor, the expert high-end driver manufacturer, which usually has an important presence at the Munich show. They always have many clients that release finished products using Wavecor drivers at this show. Not that all brands will reveal that they do... We spoke with Allan Isaksen, General Manager and Chairman of Wavecor to learn more about the latest products and the company.

VANA, Ltd. has announced the availability of the Audio Physic Step plus and Tempo plus loudspeakers in the US market through a carefully selected network of audio retailers. The Step plus is an ultra-high-performance bookshelf speaker and the Tempo plus is a floor-standing speaker utilizing the same midrange and tweeter technologies as the Step plus with low frequency drivers integrated within the enclosure.

VANA, Ltd., based in Lake Grove, NY, has announced that Nancy Weiner has been named Managing Director. Nancy had been the Marketing and Operations Manager for VANA, appointed to the position by the late Stephen DeFuria, along with the ownership group at VANA. She brings a wealth of high-performance audio industry experience to her new role with the organization - a distributor of class-leading European products to US market.
