Highly Anticipated Return for electronica 2022, November 15 to 18

electronica, the world’s leading trade fair and conference for electronics, will take place in 14 halls on the Munich exhibition grounds from November 15 to 18, 2022. This is a highly-anticipated return for a show that promises to reengage multiple critical sectors in development and manufacturing, after four years of absence. This year’s highlights in the electronica Conference will deal with Automotive, Embedded Platforms, Sensors, and Wireless Systems and Applications.

Arrow Electronics and Freelancer.com, the freelancing and crowdsourcing marketplace, announced the launch of ArrowPlus powered by Freelancer.com. The new platform allows companies and innovative technology creators to design and build hardware products through access to over half a million skilled electronic and electrical engineers. With the new platform, Arrow enables collaboration on a large volume of projects, from established companies, matching engineering services within 24 hours powered by Freelancer.

NXP has teamed up with Arrow Electronics, Synaptics and Amazon to develop the Synaptics AudioSmart 2-Mic and NXP Pico i.MX7Dual Development Kit for Amazon Alexa Voice Service (AVS). This newly available development kit is one of the first to be qualified with production-ready system-on-chip (SoC), voice processor, and the AVS Device SDK. It enables device makers to quickly and cost-effectively integrate Alexa into a fully functioning prototype and then take that work into design for manufacturing and production.

Arrow Electronics has entered into a preferred global agreement regarding Conexant Systems’ audio and voice technology solutions. Arrow is not only distributing, but also sourcing components and providing technical design support for Conexant’s AudioSmart 2-Mic Development Kit for Amazon Alexa Voice Service (AVS).
