Tektronix Launches AWG70000B for More Accurate Simulation of Fast-Changing Real-World Signals

Tektronix launched the AWG70000B Series Arbitrary Waveform Generator with new features that enable it to fully support the testing of complex electronic warfare, new-generation wireless communications systems that require the ability to dynamically alter signal sequences during test scenarios and other types of advanced research.

Tektronix announced its new AFG31000 arbitrary/function generator (AFG), which the company says it redefines the category with a completely new design and many key firsts including the industry’s largest touchscreen and a new user interface that allows users to generate increasingly complex test cases for debugging, troubleshooting, characterizing and validating devices under test. Tektronix will be demonstrating the new AFG31000 series for the first time at the Electronica tradeshow in November in Munich, Germany.

Following a very successful crowdsourcing campaign on KickStarter, LabNation started a new oscilloscope revolution with the introduction of the SmartScope, an open-source measurement device at an affordable price. The device works with OS X, Linux, Windows, Android and iOS (jailbroken).
