ArkX Labs Collaborates with Sensory for Enhanced Speech Recognition

ArkX Laboratories, a leading provider of advanced far-field voice capture and speech recognition technology, announced an expanded collaboration with Sensory, to incorporate its advanced speech recognition, natural language understanding, voice biometrics, wake words, facial recognition, and sound identification technologies with ArkX's production-ready EveryWord touchless voice solutions.

ArkX Laboratories has joined Amazon, Dolby, Facebook, and more than 30 leading technology and manufacturing companies as a member of the Voice Interoperability Initiative (VII) Group. Originally announced in 2019, the initiative's mission ensures voice-enabled products provide users with choice and flexibility through multiple, interoperable voice services. ArkX is a recognized supplier of production-ready, far-field voice capture solutions, all Amazon Voice Service (AVS) pre-qualified.

OKdo, the global technology company from Electrocomponents, announced it is now supplying the Qualcomm Home Hub 100 Development Kit for Amazon Voice Services (AVS), a ready to use environment for voice-controlled applications in connected devices. Based on Qualcomm’s highly integrated, multi-mode System-on-Chip (SoC), the QCA4020, the Home Hub 100 kit is provided with pre-integrated software support for AVS, to help kickstart the development of voice-controlled applications.

Leading provider of advanced voice technology ArkX Laboratories announced an agreement with TOP-electronics for the global distribution of its EveryWord portfolio of ultra-far-field voice capture solutions. TOP-electronics is an international technology-driven distributor and representative of electronic components and modules. The ArkX high-performance EveryWord product line consists of an Audio Front End (AFE) Module, Integrated Voice Module (SOM + Audio Board w/AFE), and an AVS Development Kit qualified by Amazon Voice Service (AVS).

NXP has teamed up with Arrow Electronics, Synaptics and Amazon to develop the Synaptics AudioSmart 2-Mic and NXP Pico i.MX7Dual Development Kit for Amazon Alexa Voice Service (AVS). This newly available development kit is one of the first to be qualified with production-ready system-on-chip (SoC), voice processor, and the AVS Device SDK. It enables device makers to quickly and cost-effectively integrate Alexa into a fully functioning prototype and then take that work into design for manufacturing and production.

TDK Corporation showcased a Synaptics AudioSmart solution for voice recognition, using InvenSense high performance MEMS microphones. The ICS-40212 and ICS-40720 analog output and the ICS-41350 PDM digital output MEMS microphones are approved for use with Synaptics AudioSmart Amazon Voice Services (AVS) solution. TDK also announced the worldwide availability of its SmartMotion Platform encompassing 4 unique development kits with multiple sensors.
