Renkus-Heinz Expands Engineering Team with the appointment of Lorenzo Barrios as Loudspeaker Engineer

Renkus-Heinz has again expanded their engineering team with the appointment of Lorenzo Rene Barrios, Jr. to the position of Loudspeaker Engineer. Barrios joins Renkus-Heinz from Walt Disney Imagineering. He has also held high-level design engineering positions at QSC Audio, as well as JBL Corporation.

Renkus-Heinz has announced the appointment of David Schuster to the position of Production Manager. With the appointment of a veteran industry professional in manufacturing and operations, Renkus-Heinz intends to further refine its production protocols and increase efficiency.

Optocore has created an elaborate fibre network for ISE 2015, connecting audio, video and intercom across multiple booths via a DiGiCo-Optocore/BroaMan network. The network ring starts with three connected DiGiCo consoles and continues to the Martin Audio booth, Allen & Heath’s booth, Renkus-Heinz and on the Powersoft booth and finally, on the Optocore booth itself.

NY-based Metro Sound Pros successfully completed a challenging audio installation at the Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum in New York. The spectacular aircraft carrier USS Intrepid museum benefited from a Renkus-Heinz system to solve the acoustic challenges on its Space Shuttle Pavilion exhibit.
