With an increasing number of 1 million dollar private cinemas being demonstrated at CEDIA Expo and other global trade shows, it is obvious that there is still a market for those enthusiasts who demand the best and still hold a valuable collection of 4K Blu-ray Discs. Magnetar is the Hong Kong-based company that built a business out of meeting those needs. At CEDIA Expo 2025, Magnetar is going to launch the new UDP900MKII and UDP800MKII UHD Blu-ray players, which obviously can play any other optical disc format from the past.

Triangle Introduces Capella Active Connected Speakers Featuring WiSA Wireless

Another week, and another European manufacturer announces a new WiSA HT wireless product launch. French hifi speaker manufacturer Triangle announced its classic-looking but cutting-edge Capella connected active speakers with DSP. The Capella is actually a fully integrated system, with complete wired and wireless connectivity, centralized in a Stereo Hub. The bookshelf speakers feature a horn-loaded tweeter with a magnesium dome, and a 6" paper cone woofer. Triangle sells the Capella system with optional speaker stands, a calibration microphone, and even a matching turntable with built-in preamp.
