With these designs, now DIYers can build their own full-range, high-quality, Celestion-driven P.A. cabinets by following the company’s CKT-TF1525e and CKT-TF1225 speaker designs, as well as the double-duty CKT-TF1020, which can serve as both a satellite speaker and a floor-wedge monitor.

Celestion Debuts F12-X200 Full-Range Guitar Loudspeaker Designed Specifically for Use with Amp Modeling

During NAMM 2018, Celestion announced the F12-X200, the first guitarist’s speaker designed from the ground up for use with guitar amp and speaker cabinet emulations. The new F12-X200 is effectively a coaxial design, combining a compression driver and a 12" woofer in a pressed steel chassis with a 2" round copper voice coil and ceramic magnet, able to reproduce a full range of frequencies from 60 Hz to 20,000Hz, with a power rating of 200W at 8Ω and 96dB sensitivity.

Celestion Unveils the TFX Small-Format Coaxial Driver Range at NAMM 2018

Celestion announced the launch of two new small-format, coaxial drivers at the 2018 NAMM show. According to Celestion, the pressed steel chassis of the TFX0512 and TFX0615, provide a very cost effective complement to the company’s well-established FTX series of coaxial units, for applications including compact, fixed-install sound reinforcement and cinema audio.
