Io Audio Technologies Announces Install-Grade Bulk Stranded Ethernet Cable

Io Audio Technologies has improved upon their line of install grade Category 5E and Category 6 bulk stranded wire. Among the most notable changes is a new, black, non-reflective jacket which gives the cable a sleek appearance, making it perfect for on-stage installations of AVoIP gear where cables should blend into the background. These cables are also CMR rated and meet the IEC flammability standards, so they are equally at home in commercial or residential installation projects where safety and performance are both priorities.

Radial Engineering announced that the Catapult Mini TX and RX are now shipping. The Catapult Mini TX (transmitter) and RX (receiver) both feature a compact steel chassis with a hardwired fan-out to four XLR connectors, providing a simple and rugged solution for delivering balanced analog audio between any two destinations without signal loss or degradation.

Radial Engineering announced the Radial Catapult is now shipping. Part of a series of new audio distribution products designed by the Canadian company to address new wireless and wired applications, announced at the end of 2015, the Catapult is a 4-channel audio snake that allows sending analog and AES digital audio signals over standard Cat 5 shielded twisted pair cable.
