Vanco Announces Wireless Extender for 2.1 Channel Audio

Vanco International announced the launch of the PAEXWIR wireless audio extender. This solution, part of the company's PulseAudio portfolio of distribution products, transmits uncompressed stereo audio and subwoofer signals up to 164 feet (50m) with line of sight, or 50 feet (15m) through walls, ceilings and floors. Accepting simply analog inputs, the stereo signal and subwoofer channel, 20Hz to 20KHz, are transmitted digitally at high-quality 24-bit, 48kHz sampling rate.

Another week and another Pro-Ject turntable. Following the surprising XA B and the Debut PRO B, the Austrian manufacturer now announced the latest addition to the Debut Series, the Debut EVO 2. Advancing the design of its predecessor, the new Debut EVO 2 now uses the same tonearm bearing block and record platter as the just announced Debut PRO B. By moving away from the steel platter, it welcomes moving coil cartridges as one of many enhancements. Marantz unveiled its new 10 Series Collection, which consists of three reference-quality high-end audio stereo products, all designed at the renowned Shirakawa Audio Works in Japan. The series will include the Reference SACD 10 player and the LINK 10n Reference Network Audio Player, which will be released later in 2024. For now, Marantz launched the MODEL 10 Reference Integrated Amplifier, which uses Purifi-licensed Class-D technology.
