Lou Hinkley of Pacific Audio Fest, in collaboration with Gary Gill of Capital Audiofest, are pleased to announce the new SouthWest Audio Fest, slated for March 15-17,2024. A new show for another underserved part of the country, in Dallas, Texas.
In mid March, the Dallas weather is perfect. SWAF is already locked in to an ideal venue for an audio show with plenty of room to expand, the famous Hilton/Anatole. The Anatole has thousands of parking spaces, easy load in, great bars and restaurants, over 50 meeting rooms and more. This beautiful resort hotel is minutes from downtown Dallas and has easy access from Love Field and DFW Airports.
The organization is confident that this audio show will grow and the Anatole has all the room needed for expansion. Also, with over 17 million people and exceptional wealth in this corner of Texas there are plenty of audio lovers to fill a show of this caliber. Couple that with two major hub airports and the ability to get a non-stop flight to Dallas from almost anywhere in this country and beyond and we have an ideal location for a major high end audio show. Lou Hinkley, the organizer of Pacific Audio Fest, founded Daedalus Audio as a manufacturer of high-quality speakers for both professional and home use. In the course of three decades, Lou Hinkley has exhibited in practically every type of festival and audio show, and he knows the industry well from the manufacturer’s perspective. For the last 30 years, the acclaimed Daedalus speaker systems have been used by professionals in both live and studio settings, as well as in home audio systems around the world.
