Naim’s Uniti range is hailed as one the best series of all-in-one players on the market. The new Uniti Nova PE has been developed to meet the needs of demanding hifi loudspeakers, providing 150W per channel (70W more than
the existing Uniti Nova) and features the latest Class-D amplification.
With a sleek design, brushed aluminum box and LCD screen, this new all-in-one design joins Uniti Atom, Atom Headphone Edition, Star, Nova and Core: a series of players that are a benchmark in terms of their component quality, amplification performance, and their wireless and network-based listening features.
The Uniti Nova Power Edition includes Spotify Connect, Apple Music, TIDAL and Qobuz for music streaming and offers access to a multitude of Internet radio stations. Thanks to the built-in AirPlay2, Chromecast, UPnP, Roon Ready and Bluetooth aptX HD technologies, it makes it easier to play music from any smartphone or tablet via the Focal & Naim app. But the Uniti Nova PE was also designed to be compatible with all Naim streaming devices and be the center of a multiroom setup throughout the home.
Presented at the ISE 2023 show, Uniti Nova Power Edition can be controlled via the ZigBee bi-directional remote (no line of sight required), apart from the Focal & Naim app. The design features Naim’s latest NP800 low-noise streaming card with support for high resolution audio sources up to 32-bit/384kHz. Moreover, it can be connected to a TV via HDMI ARC in a living room, which allows users to control the volume via the TV’s remote control. When integrated in a network, the Multiroom feature in the Focal & Naim application allows ease of control over multiple music and streaming services via a single interface. For sharing the same music up to 6 devices in the home or office, users can choose the Party Mode function in the app to easily control the playlist, independent device volume and more.
The Naim Uniti Nova PE will be available February 2024 for $9,999 USD.
