Mackie Expands MP In-Ear Monitor Series with Three New Models and Bluetooth 5 Adapter

Mackie announced the expansion of its MP Series Professional In-Ear Monitors, adding the new MP-320, MP-360, and MP-460 in-ear monitors to the current lineup of MP-120, MP-220, and MP-240. The top two new models use triple and quad Knowles balanced armature drivers. The line expansion also adds Bluetooth 5 capabilities to the entire MP Series with the introduction of the new MP-BTA Bluetooth Adapter, available as an accessory or bundled with the MP-120, MP-220, and MP-240 to add wireless  connectivity.
 
The three new Mackie models take in-ear monitoring to the next level. Leveraging Mackie's experience with musicians and live performance on stage, the new models use specially molded ergonomic enclosures, that are able to fit precisely and comfortably in the ears, offering up to 40 dB of passive sound isolation. But all three models where also carefully tuned to allow high quality reproduction that will please even demanding music enthusiasts in daily use.

The MP-360 and MP-460 feature balanced armature drivers by Knowles, known for their exceptional precision and detail. Featuring a triple balanced armature design, MP-360 In-Ear Monitors provide a more consistent symmetrical sound with exceptional clarity and stereo imaging. While the MP-460 In-Ear Monitors take definition and fidelity to the next level with a quad Knowles balanced-armature design. This model uses a dual woofer for exceptional bass presence combined with a midrange and tweeter that delivers truly stunning vocal clarity and detail, satisfying the most discerning listener. All three new in-ear monitors employ a precision 3-way crossover that ensures a balanced sound across the entire 20 Hz to 20 kHz frequency range.

An over-ear design keeps MP Series monitors securely in users' ears and the cables behind the head for uninterrupted performance. The new models also feature ergonomically molded enclosures and come with four different types of ear tips—foam, silicone, wide-bore silicone, and triple flange — in small, medium, and large sizes for maximum comfort. The detachable high quality cables are shielded and internally braided and are equipped with swiveling, detachable MMCX connectors for easy wearing, coupling, and flexibility. MP Series In-Ear Monitors also come with a hard molded case and a gold-plated 1/8-inch to 1/4-inch adapter.
