July 1 2021, 00:55
Professional audio loudspeaker driver manufacturer Beyma continues to invest in the expansion of its design and manufacturing operations in Valencia, Spain. The company, which is now majority-owned by Jose Vicente Farinós, announced an expansion of its workforce with two key hires to improve production and the company's operations. Adrian Benlloch has been hired to the position of Director of Operations (COO), while Jose Torres is Beyma's new Production Manager.

According to Jose Vicente Farinós Mañes, Beyma's General Manager, "Adrián Benlloch and Jose Campos are two professionals with extensive professional careers who are bringing significant added value to Beyma's operations."

Adrian Benlloch, Director of Operations (COO) is an engineer and master in PMP, Agile Project Management, Lean Manufacturing and Finance. He has extensive international experience in production plants in the automotive industry. As part of the Board of Directors, Adrian will lead all Beyma operations with a special focus on the company’s ongoing automation and digitization processes.

Jose Torres, Beyma's new Production Manager is an Industrial Engineer coming from the automotive industry and with extensive experience in Lean manufacturing and accounting. Jose Torres will manage daily activity of the factory, leading production teams, monitoring indicators and ensuring continuous improvement in the production plant.

The two new key appointments follow the recent shareholder changes in Acustica Beyma, where Jose Vicente Farinós Mañes, current General Manager of the company, has become the majority shareholder, together with Ana Masip. The Masip family, majority owner of Acustica Beyma until January 2021, decided to withdraw Josep Masip (the company's founder, and former CEO and President), and Lidia Masip from the company's structure, allowing Jose Vicente Farinós to take control.

Farinós has a degree in Economics from the University of Valencia and Master in Finance by CEF Madrid and joined Acustica Beyma in 1995 as Financial Director. Two years later he became a minority shareholder of the company, being promoted to General Manager in 2003. Since then he has led the company's growth, combining this activity with professor of International Strategy at CEU Cardenal Herrera University in Valencia. Beyma's shareholding restructuring allowed current management to expand on the company's successful strategy and reinforces its structure.

Beyma celebrated 52 years as a professional loudspeaker manufacturer, and the company is now firmly established globally as a supplier of reliable and innovative speakers to many renowned pro audio brands throughout the world. Beyma offers a complete catalog of speaker products, including high performance subwoofers, woofers and full range drivers, coaxial designs, AMT tweeters (ribbon), horns and an extended range of compression drivers.
