Arylic continues to expand its portfolio of home audio and networking solutions, leveraging extensive OEM/ODM experience, designing and manufacturing world-class products for major electronics brands. New in the company's portfolio of DIY Audio boards, Arylic now offers its new Up2Stream HD DAC, a high quality multiroom wireless audio preamplifier board that supports Airplay 2, aptX HD, Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect, using the ESS9038Q2M DAC for up to 24-bit/192kHz High-Res Audio.

For any brand looking for a complete range of amplification and digital audio streaming solutions, including wireless and multiroom support, Arylic continues to be a reliable source for audio electronics design, engineering and manufacturing. For DIY enthusiasts, Arylic offers a complete range of DIY audio boards that are normally readily available online.

The company now updated its portfolio in the DIY segment - which is also an excellent range for system integrators and developers, of course - with the Up2Stream HD DAC, a new high-res wireless audio streaming board, available for $249.00 USD. The big news is that this is a fully updated design, that is now  fully compatible with the latest Apple Airplay 2 protocol, allowing users to stream audio throughout the house from and to the latest macOS, iOS or Apple TV devices, including sending one source to multiple destinations.

Beyond Airplay 2 support, this board is also ready to support any possible source of wireless audio streaming, including dual band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 support. For DIYers and builders, this means building a wireless speaker, wireless streamer, or simply converting a traditional stereo system into an advanced wireless multiroom streaming system.

The Up2stream HD DAC board supports 24-bit/192kHz audio streaming and, thanks to the built-in ESS 9038Q2M converter, it offers the best quality output from those sources, which now include also aptX HD streaming from Bluetooth. The high quality DAC is particularly important since this board is ready to support Spotify Connect and Tidal Connect services, this latest one delivering a direct source for hi-res streaming. And of course this means high-resolution audio support for a Qobuz HD source. Arylic will be updating the number of services as required, but it already supports Spotify, Amazon Music, Deezer, Internet Radio, iHeartRadio, Napster, and more.

For those designing multiroom systems, this new board is an excellent complement to Arylic's wide range of Up2Stream boards, with models that are small enough to fit in all kinds of compact speakers, DIY kits or old amps, etc. The Up2Stream HD DAC is also easily expandable, allowing adding new features such as a display panel (coming in the future), an acrylic case for protection, a button board, an IR receiver, and more. Some expansion boards are already available online from Arylic, so check the Accessories section.

The board is supported by Arylic's powerful 4STREAM app for iOS and Android, which offers all the source selection and control features, plus EQ, multiroom playback, presets, alarm clock, Wi-Fi settings, firmware updates, and more. The included remote can control all Arylic DIY audio board models within a ~15 meter/50 foot range. Package includes the Up2Stream HD DAC board, internal antenna (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth), User Manual, and PH2.0 Aux Cable (3 Pin).
