ALTI-Expo and Conference 2023. Largest Focused Event for the Loudspeaker Industry and Audio Product Developers

The traditional Audio & Loudspeaker Technologies International (ALTI) Association annual gathering has long been the highest quality networking event for any audio industry professional, particularly for brands, manufacturers and its suppliers. The upcoming ALTI-Expo and Conference 2023, will be held June 11-12 at the DoubleTree by Hilton at Universal Studios, in Orlando, FL, and will combine a highly focused exhibition with the largest ever conference program for audio product developers.

COMSOL announced a major update to the COMSOL Multiphysics software version 6.0. The update builds out the Model Manager server with a web interface, adding an asset management system to make it easier for COMSOL users to manage models, simulation apps, and supplementary auxiliary files. The new COMSOL Model Manager interface combines all elements of product and process design to facilitate collaboration.

Ansys released the new Ansys Discovery, a next generation, easier-to-use, product design software that the company says is its first simulation-driven design tool to combine instant physics simulation, Ansys' proven high-fidelity simulation and interactive geometry modeling into a single design exploration application. The new software is said to reduce engineering labor costs by 26%, enable evaluation of 60% more design alternatives, and slash physical testing and safety costs by 19%.

Mvoid Technologies GmbH, the German company specializing in virtual audio product development, has released the latest Mvoid Methodology version 2.3. Mvoid Acoustical Virtual Product Development methods use a combination of physical and acoustical modeling, simulation and measurement software, combined with virtual reality and 3D visualization and binaural auralization tools for Automotive, and Professional Audio applications.
